3D printing filaments from US brands and US-based sellers

6 US brands and sellers surfaced here at $13.98 to $89.99, each verified from Amazon's own published seller info.

A good filament prints at a consistent diameter and comes wound so it feeds without drama. The corners cheap filament cuts show up as clogs, stringing, and spools that tangle halfway through a print.

What to look for in a good 3D printing filament

  • Diameter tolerance. Look for a stated tolerance around ±0.02mm; anything vaguer or unstated usually means the spool will swing wider and jam your extruder.
  • Spool winding. Check reviews for tangled or overlapped wind, a common cutback that snaps filament mid-print and wastes half a spool.
  • Moisture packaging. Filament that ships vacuum sealed with a desiccant pack stays dry; filament that ships loose in a plastic bag will absorb humidity and print brittle, bubbly layers.
  • Price floor. The verified US sellers here run about $14 to $90; anything priced well under that floor is usually where the tolerance and drying corners get cut.
