What does the fully managed plan cover? +
Knockoff prepares the exact takedown for you to approve, reviews the approved package, and then signs and files it for you as your authorized agent on covered platforms. You sign one Letter of Authorization, and you can revoke it any time. Some platforms only accept notices from the rights holder, so those stay with you, and any counter-notice comes back to you.
What does unlimited products mean? +
Every product in your connected Shopify store is monitored. There are no slots to choose and no per-product charge, and new products are covered as soon as they sync.
Is there a money-back guarantee? +
